Bnode officially launched Paxon on September 30, 2026, its unified global brand for third-party logistics (3PL). This initiative brings together leading logistics players across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Paxon specializes in e-commerce fulfilment and retail logistics, helping brands simplify complex supply chains and expand into new markets. This launch marks a significant step in Bnode's transformation into a leading digital player in logistics and international services.
By consolidating its 3PL activities under a single brand, Paxon creates a common platform for growth and collaboration across markets and services. The company combines global reach with local expertise to offer omnichannel solutions for e-commerce, order management, and retail and marketing execution services.
Leveraging the expertise of Radial, Staci, Active Ants, and Base Logistics, Paxon brings together decades of know-how under one global identity. The name Paxon, derived from the Latin word 'pax' (peace), reflects the company's ambition to bring clarity, reliability, and serenity to increasingly complex supply chains.
« Paxon brings together Bnode's 3PL capabilities under a single identity, creating a stronger international proposition for brands and retailers. By connecting expertise, technology, and operations across different markets, Paxon helps its clients manage increasingly complex supply chains more effectively. With Paxon, we have a clear and solid platform to support our clients' growth across all their channels », stated Chris Peeters, CEO of Bnode.
Within the new structure, Rainer Kiefer becomes CEO of Paxon Europe & North America (Midmarket), and Eduard García Torrejón will lead Paxon North America. Both will report directly to Chris Peeters, CEO of Bnode.
Paxon is one of Bnode's three commercial brands, alongside Bpost for last-mile operations and Landmark Global for cross-border logistics. The company offers end-to-end logistics solutions for complex, high-value supply chains, helping brands optimize their logistics and distribution activities.
