The Walloon Export and Foreign Investment Agency (AWEX) is launching a "Strategic Internationalization Projects" envelope to support Walloon companies in their export endeavors.

The objective of this new measure, part of the "Wallonia Recovery Plan," is to provide targeted financial support for international projects with significant benefits for companies and the region.
Eligible projects include the conclusion of exceptional contracts, the establishment of commercial or technological partnerships, the launch of innovative export business models, the diversification of supply sources in response to successive crises, and the enhancement of company image and Wallonia's visibility abroad.
This initiative aims to encourage innovative projects with high added value, thereby promoting employment in the Walloon region.
The subsidy can cover up to 80% of eligible costs, capped at €80,000 per company and per project.
