The public session will be held starting at 9:00 AM at the Sports Complex, located at Avenue de la Salm 170 in Trois-Ponts. The sale covers a total volume of 8,974 m³ divided into 21 separate lots.
The timber comes from three specific forest districts: the Verviers district (4,494 m³), the Spa district (3,626 m³), and the Marche district (854 m³). A 2% VAT rate applies to these transactions.
Interested parties can obtain the detailed catalog, including felling and hauling deadlines, from the Forestry Service or the Jalhay Municipal Secretariat. Should any lots remain unassigned during the first session, a second sale via sealed bids will be held on November 6, 2026, at the municipal administration office located at Rue de la Fagne 46.
