IDELUX Développement has launched a call for expressions of interest for the sale of a portion of the former Heintz military barracks site, located in Bastogne, to ensure attractive development.

The site, covering approximately 2.66 ha, is situated between Rue de La Roche and Rue Sans Souci. It is part of the demilitarized perimeter of the Heintz barracks, acquired by IDELUX Développement in December 2018 and November 2023. This strategic land plays a pivotal role in the development of the northern part of Bastogne, presenting urban, economic, tourist, and residential challenges.
The land for sale (Lot 7) is zoned as a Site to be redeveloped in the heart of Bastogne's city center. It is free from any soil remediation constraints, with measures taken for both soil sanitation and demolition. Cadastral references are: Bastogne – 1st division – cadastral section E no. 15 X (partially) and 15F2 (partially).
The call for expressions of interest was launched on October 1, 2026. The deadline for submitting applications is January 15, 2027. Offers will be analyzed solely based on the proposed price for the full ownership acquisition.
Interested candidates can review the procedure and annexes via a provided link. Application files must be sent no later than January 15, 2027, at 10 AM, in paper format by post or other courier service, and in electronic format (.pdf) to IDELUX Développement in Arlon, addressed to Ms. Julie Collin.
For any further information, Ms. Julie Collin, Project Manager at IDELUX Public Projects, can be contacted by phone at +32 497 44 22 52 or by email at julie.collin@idelux.be.
